What most successful people do every morning ?

While there’s probably not an ideal morning routine that fits everyone, we can learn a lot from the morning routines of successful people as well as from the research and inspiration behind starting a morning on the right foot.

10 successful people morning routines :

  1. Steve Job(iPhone Founder) – For the past 33 years, he asked to himself one question – “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been “No” for too many days in a row, he know he need to change something.
  2. Benjamin Franklin ( a founding father of the United State) – Franklin’s much-lauded to-do list included some specific rules for how he started each morning. His three-hour block of morning routine stretched from 5:00 to 8:00 a.m. and included addressing “Powerful Goodness” and setting a plan for the rest of his day. Every morning Franklin asked himself, “What good shall I do today?”
  3. Margaret Thatcher ( former UK prime minister) – Thatcher was believed to be a short sleeper (a person who can get by on less sleep than usual), so her late-night political meetings never kept her from waking up at 5:00 a.m. the next morning to listen to “Farming Today,” a popular program on BBC Radio about food, farming, and the countryside.
  4. Craig Newmark (Craigslist founder) – “Customer service.” Few founders have taken the path Newmark has; he considers himself a customer service rep at Craigslist. So while other executives might start their days with meetings or email, Newmark focuses on the customer.
  5. Richard Branson (Billionaire) – “No matter where I am in the world, I try to routinely wake up at around 5am. By rising early, I’m able to do some exercise and spend time with my family, which puts me in a great mind frame before getting down to business.” “Being fit and healthy, There’s nothing like the endorphins from being fit, and the incredible endorphin rush that goes with that.” Branson spends his mornings kitesurfing, swimming, or playing tennis. Branson says that spending time with his family every morning helps put him “in a great mind frame before getting down to business.”
  6. PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi wakes up every morning at 4 a.m. to be at her office before 7.
  7. Tim Cook, CEO of Apple wakes up at 3:45 each morning, reads his emails and then hits the gym.
  8. Michelle Obama told Oprah she wakes up at 4:30 a.m. and works out before her kids wake up.
  9. Twitter co-founder and CEO Jack Dorsey wakes up at 5:50 a.m. to meditate, after which he goes for a six-mile jog.
  10. David Cush CEO of Virgin America wakes up at 4:15 in the morning and starts working soon after

Here are my personal morning routine:

  1. Waking up early I wake up at before 5 AM. Think of this time as a pre-game warm up, allowing your mind to mentally prepare for the coming challenges. Waking up early is an extremely useful tool for self-reflection and meditation. It gives me positivity and I feel very satisfied with my life.
  2. Meditation  This is the best time for meditation as whole universe is in harmony and our mind can be conditioned more easily. It slows down our thought process, cleans unpleasant emotions like tension, anger etc and empower us to tackle any situation for whole day.
  3. Water  Drinking water bare stomach which should be kept in copper jug every night. This water has medicinal properties. It has 13 minerals which can cure maximum diseases.
  4. Read or Learn – Feed mind with positive thoughts which becomes a base for whole day by reading, watching motivating the knowledgeable & spiritual stuff rather than watching news & unnecessary gossips.
  5. Physical Fitness – This session helps your body wake up and pump some blood in your muscles, and brain. People who are more physically active have more pleasant-activated feelings than people who are less active.

Now at this stage set for the day – It starts with Health breakfast, Day plan and Office.
