1. Exercise first thing in the morning
Release those endorphins, feel good physically, feel accomplished mentally and enjoy the extra energy your body has been scientifically proven to reward you with for the next 10 hours.
2. Generally eat healthier foods
The more fit and healthy you are, the more your body rewards you with high energy levels. You don’t have to go on a crazy diet, just cut the junk food and limit the carbs to some extent.
Think about it like this, your body literally thanks you for taking care of it, and the way it pays you is with energy.
Everything you do in life requires energy right? My fingers moving to type this post requires a certain amount of energy… running takes a certain amount of energy… the thing is that we don’t think about our emotional states, daydreaming, pointless imagination, and negative thoughts as events that require energy.
